Getting started

Use the email address that received your invitation to create or sign in to your account. Verify your email, then return to the invitation to accept it. Read How invitations work for more guidance.

If you have forgotten your password, request a password reset.

Your Marks

Open My Marks to continue a draft, review requested changes, or view a published Mark. The title identifies the person or subject of a Mark; its edition describes the features included.

Sharing a Mark

Choose “Share your Mark” on a published Mark to invite someone to read it. Recipients sign in with their own verified account and accept the email invitation. Accepted Marks appear in Shared with Me. Read-only access does not allow editing or resharing.

Physical keepsakes

As an owner, you can choose a physical keepsake while your Mark is a draft, under review, returned for changes, or published. Submitted engraving is locked, and fulfillment waits until the Mark is published so its linked content is active. You can submit another selection after a previous request; accepted shared recipients can choose a keepsake after publication.

Account and privacy

Visit Account & Privacy to request a data download, review request history or manage a deletion request. Read the available choices carefully before scheduling deletion.
