Mark Terms
Last updated July 10, 2026
Purpose of the service
Cosmic Portals provides private-by-default digital archives connected to Legacy Mark physical keepsakes. A Mark owner may add biographical text, photographs, video, and other commemorative material within the capabilities of the purchased Edition.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Cosmic Portals the limited permission needed to store, process, review, reproduce, and display that content through the service. You must have the rights and permissions required to upload and share every item.
Respectful and lawful use
Do not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, malicious, infringing, or privacy-violating material. We may reject, suspend, or remove a Mark when required to protect a person, the service, or the law.
Review and publication
Drafts are private. Submission places the Mark into an administrative review. Approval publishes the unlisted Mark; a requested revision returns clear notes. Curated Archive owners may edit a published Mark, subject to the same standards.
Availability and preservation
We design the service for durable access and maintain operational backups, but no online service can promise uninterrupted or permanent availability. Export and account-deletion tools are provided subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup-retention requirements.
Important review notice
This product copy is an implementation draft and must be reviewed and approved by qualified counsel before production launch or customer acceptance.
